- 3 Months: You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be available for the 3-month subscription.
- 6 Months & 12 Months: You are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be available for 6-month and 12-month subscriptions.
Important:
- This money-back guarantee is only applicable for the initial purchase. Renewals are not covered by this policy.
Non-Refundable Services
- Refunds are not available for cancellations that occur after the specified money-back guarantee window (i.e., after 7 days for 3-month subscriptions and after 14 days for 6-month and 12-month subscriptions).
- Refunds are not available for any cancellations due to service interruptions caused by reasons beyond our control, such as internet service provider issues or device limitations.
